My academic background includes a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in diagnostics and operations from Poznań University of Technology. I have also successfully completed post-graduate studies in Quality Management and hold licenses as a lead auditor for ISO9001:2015 (IRCA A17955 accreditation) and the first and second-party auditor for IATF16949:2016 under the VDA QMC license, along with licenses for VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5.
Throughout my professional journey, I have been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of implementing and maintaining management systems according to esteemed norms and standards, including ISO/TS16949 (currently IATF16949), ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and the CCC certification. Over the years, I have accumulated extensive expertise in collaborating with clients to successfully execute new projects in accordance with the APQP approach as well as numerous prepared and approved products according to the PPAP AIAG Standard. I am familiar with specific customer requirements from companies such as VW, Volvo, Daimler, GM or Ford.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, my true assets are passion for work, an innovative outlook that brings a fresh perspective to any organization, and above all, my commitment to taking an individualized approach to every subject.
Creating system documentation makes sense when you do it independently. While I'm here to provide support and guidance throughout the process, I don't take over the task for you. Instead, I dedicate time to thoroughly prepare for the audit and discuss various scenarios. I also show you how to be proactive during the audit, capitalizing on your company's strengths instead of taking a passive approach.
I am fully aware of how industry jargon can cause participants to lose interest and hinder the absorption of knowledge. Having personally experienced such trainings, I understand the importance of avoiding a show-off attitude. Instead, my goal is to convey information in a straightforward manner, free from complex jargon. I believe in making theory accessible through practical examples.
My commitment goes beyond ensuring the content value of my trainings and consultations - I also place great emphasis on the visual appeal of the materials. I provide ready-to-use templates, develop process mapping diagrams, and utilize various tools that not only make the training sessions more attractive but also aid in better information retention. Not only do I care about the content value of my trainings and consultations, but I also give importance to the visual aspect of the materials. I prepare ready-to-use matrices, create process mapping and utilize numerous tools that enhance training and facilitate information retention.
